Blog: Glenn BrooksBMW 7 Series almost here - will debut on 10 June

Glenn Brooks | 2 June 2015

The G11 (standard wheelbase) and G12 (Li) 7 Series is now just days away from being revealed to the media. BMW has released another teaser video.

Dingolfing, the lead plant for G11 and G12 build, is scheduled to commence series production in August. This model will be the first for BMW Group's 35up architecture. Other than that, and the fact that the platform will major on lightweight construction, not too much is known about the next 7er. Self-parking, something we saw three years ago with the BYD Su Rui, will also be available for this car.
