GERMANY: ZF to restructure to four divisions

Transmissions specialist ZF Friedrichshafen AG has said that it will reorganise itself into four new divisions from the start of 2011. It describes the move as an alignment of its business activities to 'better meet the requirements of the market and the customers'.
