RUSSIA: VW to raise prices

Volkswagen is to raise its vehicle prices in Russia by 2.5% from January, the company said in a statement.
The increase will apply to both imported cars and models assembled at the Russian plant in Kaluga including the Passat, Golf, Jetta and Tiguan.
According to ASM Holding, which monitors Russia's automotive industry, Volkswagen sold 30,841 passenger cars and 4,089 commercial vehicles in Russia in the January - September period.
