Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles says deliveries increased 5% in April, while Western Europe grew 5.5%.

In Germany, the brand delivered 10,500 vehicles last month.

"We are delighted we were able to tie in with the excellent results in the first quarter and are going full speed ahead to carry forward this trend with upcoming model changes," said Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles sales and marketing board member, Bram Schot.

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles: five per cent more deliveries in April

  • Worldwide, over 39,200 deliveries (5.0 per cent growth)
  • Western Europe region with growth of 5.5 per cent
  • In Germany, the brand delivered 10,500 vehicles in April
Hannover, 12 May 2015 – Growth in deliveries by Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is carried forward in April as well. Especially in Western Europe, Africa and the Middle East, the figures continue to be positive in terms of steady growth.
