The Brazilian subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation has refused to supply any information on the kidnapping of its top executive in the country, Kyodo News reported. Suzuki Brazil president Kiyoshige Ishii was kidnapped on Sunday in the outskirts of Sao Paulo, an industrial city in the southeast. Ishii was released 26 hours later after paying a $US30,000 ransom, the police station investigating the case told Kyodo News.
