RUSSIA: Sollers looks east for foreign brand assembly

Russian automaker Sollers, known earlier as Severstal Auto, plans to launch assembly of foreign-branded vehicles in the Russian far eastern city of Vladivostok, Russian business media reported on Tuesday.
