USA: Road crashes cost $230.6 billion a year NHTSA study says
The economic impact of motor vehicle crashes on America's roadways has reached $US230.6 billion a year, or an average of $820 for every person living in the United States, according to a new research study by the Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
