Renault has added two new versions to its UK-built Trafic range: the high-roof van and the LWB combi.

Higher by 544mm than the standard version, the high-roof van has a seven square metre load volume.

The LWB combi, intended for personnel has a rear load length 400mm longer than that of the standard-length version and an overall length of 5,182mm.

The LWB combi will go on sale in the first quarter of 2003, while the high-roof van versions will become available in the second quarter.

The range will be completed with the arrival of a new 98kW (133bhp) 2.5 dCi engine in 2003, and of a minibus version.

Renault has sold 18,843 units since launch. The model is also built in Opel, Vauxhall and Nissan versions at the joint venture factory in Luton, England.
