FRANCE: Record first half-year sales for Citroën
Selling almost as many vehicles in just six months as they sold in 12 months just a decade ago, Citroën has achieved record sales of over 50,000 so far this year, compared to some 56,000 in the whole of 1991. These latest figures follow all time high Citroën sales in the last two months, with over 8,500 vehicles sold in May and with sales surging past the 10,000 mark last month to make it the first June ever in which this barrier has been smashed.
