GENEVA PREVIEW: Porsche to recreate 'Semper Vivus' classic hybrid

Porsche has said it plans to present - at the upcoming Geneva Show - its first functional, full hybrid car in the world, the Semper Vivus, 111 years after its World Premiere in 1900.
