LA SHOW: OneFord expands to Escape/Kuga SUV

Ford's OneFord product plan - all but identical models sold in most markets worldwide - moved into crossovers today (Wednesday, 16 November) as the redesigned Escape for North America and Kuga for Europe and China was unveiled at the Los Angeles motor show.

CHINA: Vehicle sales rise 12.5% in April
Vehicle sales in China increased by 12.5% year on year in April. According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), 1.28m sedans, SUVs, MPVs and minivans were sold last month compared to 1.14m in April 2011. For the January-April period, deliveries rose 1.9% to 5.05m.
