CANADA/INDIA: Magna unit forms seat JV

Magna Seating, a unit of Aurora, Ontario-based Magna International, has formed a 50-50 joint venture (JV) with India's Krishna Group to produce complete seats and seat mechanisms for automakers in the Pune region.
