US: Johnson Controls-Saft JV on the rocks

Johnson Controls (JCI) has filed a lawsuit in a Delaware Chancery Court to dissolve the Johnson Controls-Saft joint venture formed in 2006 to develop and manufacture lithium-ion auto batteries.
