CANADA: Jaguar Canada reports best October in over a decade
Jaguar Canada has announced (01/11/00) that sales for the past month achieved the best October in more than 10 years, for a total of 201 cars sold, or nearly a 13 percent increase over October 1999. Year-to-date sales have increased nearly 43 percent compared with the same period last year. The S-TYPE continues to lead the way with an increase of more than 21 percent, compared with October 1999, for a total of 103 cars sold. Large sedan (XJ Series, Vanden Plas) sales show an increase of more than 33 percent for October compared with the same month last year. Year-to-date sports car sales have increased nearly 26 percent compared with the same period last year.
