LA PREVIEW: Hybrid Infiniti making NA debut

Nissan's Infiniti M hybrid makes its North American debut at the Los Angeles international auto show on 18 November. The model promises V8 performance with four cylinder fuel economy without compromising driving excitement or trunk space, the automaker said, and will go on sales in spring 2011.
