The Mexican subsidiary of General Motors is currently choosing the models it will introduce to the Mexican market after a recent wave of international-alliance signings.

Fiat,Isuzu and Saab brands soon could be on the Mexican market. General Motors of Mexico President, Troy Clarke, said the company did not yet know whether Fiat autos would enter Mexico and, if so, whether GM would be involved.

GM Mexico has four plants, and has led domestic sales for the past four years, winning a 25.5-percent market share in 1999.
