RUSSIA: GM-AvtoVAZ resumes Niva production

The GM-AvtoVAZ joint venture, which produces the Chevrolet Niva SUV at Togliatti in Russia, resumed operations today on its main production line after summer vacations which started on 13 July, Prime-Tass reported.
