GERMANY: General Motors reaches more-flexibility-no-layoffs deal with Opel workers
General Motors has reached a deal with its German car workers for increased flexibility in work schedules in return for a no-layoff pledge to the end of 2010, the head of the company's German subsidiary told the Associated Press (AP) on Friday.
