USA: Ford recalls Focus again
Ford has announced two more recalls for its fault-plagued US market Focus that affect about 572,795 model year 2000 and 2001 cars. One recall involves a bolt in the front suspension assembly that could come loose and cause noise, vibration or even separation of the ball joint. The second affects Zetec engine cars in which battery cable routing could result in smoke, wire melting or an under-bonnet fire.
