ITALY: Fiat Industrial sale to fund Chrysler merger - paper

Fiat chief Sergio Marchionne is planning to sell Fiat Industrial, the company's heavy vehicle division, to finance a merger with Chrysler, Italian newspaper La Repubblica said.
