RUSSIA: Fiat eyes alternative to Nizhny Novgorod plant

Fiat has abandoned plans to build a car plant in the central Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod and is considering the Caucasus or St Petersburg as alternative production sites according to the business daily, Kommersant.
