UK: Diesel engine option added to modified MG ZT range
MG is modifying its ZT saloon and ZT-T station wagon models with a common rail diesel engine option, the standard fitment of a slightly more pliant suspension, and the introduction of optional sports suspension.
An integral bootlid lip spoiler is to become standard and a wider option choice will be offered through the Monogram programme.
The two-litre diesel engine uses common rail technology, and can acclerate the saloon to 60mph in 11.0 secs. Combined fuel economy is 48.8mpg.
