Citroën will start selling the Brazilian-made C3 subcompact in June, writes Rogério Louro. The C3 is the second Citroën to be built in Brazil after the Picasso minivan built there since 2001. The C3 is produced in the PSA Group's factory in Porto Real city, Rio de Janeiro state, a plant opened in February 2001 to make the Picasso and the Peugeot 206 subcompact hatchback.
