USA: Cadillac planning sporty line - report
US website The Car Connection (TCC) says that Cadillac will launch a new generation of high-performance cars early next year, starting with a 400-horsepower version of its new CTS sedan that uses a modified version of the LS6 engine used in the top Chevrolet Corvette Z06. The sporty Caddy programme is tentatively named CTSi, TCC says, and a well-placed, senior GM source has told the website that "the goal is to beat the (BMW) M5 in every turn".
