BRAZIL: Brazilian Stilo shares GM engines
The Brazilian-made Stilo model is the first Fiat car with same engines used in GM vehicles. Fiat do Brasil will start sales of the model on 14 September. The car is produced in the Betim plant, Minas Gerais state, and has the same design as the European version. However, the Brazilian-made Stilo is the first Fiat's car in the world to be equipped with the same engine used in General Motors vehicles.
