EXCLUSIVE: BRAZIL: Automakers to receive local galvanised steel in May
Brazil's new galvanised steelmaker GalvaSud will begin supplying local vehicle manufacturers from May, writes Rogério Louro Alves. The company, a joint venture between Brazil's Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (the biggest steel maker in Latin America) and Germany's Thyssen Krupp Stahl, began operating on December 15 and started regular production of galvanised steel this month.
