CHINA: Audi first-half sales up 84% - report
Audi AG said on Monday that it sold 29,000 cars in China during the first half of 2003, a jump of 84% on a year earlier, Dow Jones reported. According to the news agency, citing an Audi press release, the larger, higher-end A6 model sedan accounted for 25,000 of the sales, while it also sold 3,000 A4s, the firm's second model line for China introduced in April.
