USA: Amerigon Climate Control Seat(TM) (CCS(TM)) Team Receives Achievement Award from Ford Motor Company
Amerigon Incorporated (Nasdaq: ARGN) announced today that the application engineering team responsible for the introduction of its proprietary Climate Control Seat(TM) (CCS(TM)) system into the model year 2000 Lincoln Navigator sports utility vehicle (SUV) has received a 1999 Truck Significant Achievement Award from the Truck Vehicle Center of Ford Motor Company (NYSE: F). The award, which was presented at a banquet at Lovett Hall at Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, MI, late last month, is among those given annually to a number of winners for exemplary achievement in a variety of engineering, manufacturing and product development categories. Ford Motor Company Chairman William Clay Ford gave the keynote address at the banquet, and Gurminder Bedi, vice president, Ford North American Truck, presented the awards.
