Job description:

Execute the corporate strategic business plan to promote, grow, and manage our business in the manufactory. Full responsibility for the Business Target, Budget and EBIT and so on.
Develop and execute short and long-term business plans and associated budgets.
Accept regional P&L responsibility; customer interface responsibility; coordination of product development; regional execution of Corporate and Automotive policies and structure.
Build and maintain positive network relationships with Local government administrative bodies, community representatives, suppliers, customers.
Contribute to the recruitment and development of a high potential regional leadership team and Coordinate with and develop a strong relationship with JV partners
Understand the products, processes, market and the relationship among our global operations and be able to function with a hands-on approach to managing and solving problems.

Minimum of 10 years relative experience, preferably with Tier I or Tier II North American or European based automotive suppliers. Success must be evidenced by a track record of promotion.
Prior experience in managing sizeable facilities in China.
Demonstrated success in negotiating and administering agreements with customers and suppliers. Includes Long Term Agreements.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with continuous improvement techniques and tools.
Demonstrated experience with business growth through organic growth and acquisition
Demonstrated experience in the area of technical development. Good exposure to technical products.
