How long will shipping/delivery take?
Shipping/delivery times depend on where you are in the world and the nature of the product to be delivered. Our system will indicate to you approximate delivery times based on our suppliers recommendations. If you have any particular worries or concerns please contact our customer help team with your query.

Where can you deliver to?
Anywhere. Although our main business is UK based we ship products all over the world including recent deliveries to the USA, Finland, Uruguay, France, Japan, Norway and Taiwan.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept most credit/debit cards for online transactions. Further details are included in our payment methods section.

I need the product now - what should I do?
If you require urgent delivery of a physical product (within 48 hours) we recommend you phone our store customer help team directly.

I'm in a hurry for some facts - please help
If you are looking for a particular fact, table or statistic in a hurry our store customer help team will endeavour to assist you.

Can you get a copy of...?
If you have trouble locating a product try our search facility. If this proves unsuccessful please contact our store customer help team for assistance.

After Placing an Order

I haven't received my confirmation email
Email can be a peculiar thing sometimes. If you do not get a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing an order with us please let our customer help team know.

I can't login
You may have entered an incorrect password or user id. You can request to be emailed details of your password here. Please be aware that your password is case sensitive, e.g. "123FAB" will be different to "123fab". If you are using a correct password and still have trouble accessing your account please contact our customer help team.

I've forgotten my password
Don't panic. You can request to be emailed details of your password here.

I want to cancel my order
Please contact our customer help team should you wish to cancel your order.

I want to buy extra copies
The just-auto.com knowledge store system automatically calculates multiple copy orders and provides discount as required.

Where's my product?
You can track the status of your order and product by logging into your account. If you are particularly concerned we recommend you contact our store customer help team.

I want to change my details
You can update your account information at any time by simply logging into your account.
