UK: GM chiefs running out of patience with Opel/Vauxhall - analyst

New Opel/Vauxhall CEO Karl-Friedrich Stracke must come up with a plan to return Opel/Vauxhall to profitability as every impression is that parent General Motors in the US is running out of patience, IHS Automotive analyst Tim Urquhart's wrote in a research note on Wednesday (8 February).

UK: JLR increases spend with local suppliers
Jaguar Land Rover, the UK luxury car unit of Tata Motors, is to spend an additional GBP1bn (US$1.6bn) with UK suppliers over the next four years as demand for the Range Rover Evoque continues to grow around the world.
